August Wilford, 57, Peach Hollow, Derry, RD 1, died in Latrobe Area Hospital
Saturday evening. Had been employed by Driveway Paving Co., Derry. Born in
Dunbar, May 25, 1914, son of the late Lawrence and Rose Bactiz Wilford.
Surviving widow, Mrs. Leona Forsha Wilford: children, Larry, Millwood; Floyd,
Coudersport; Gail and Richard, both at home; four grandchildren; brothers
Lawrence, Newton Falls, Ohio; John, Latrobe; Emil, Blairsville RD 2.
Family will receive friends at the Fisher Funeral Home from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9
pm, with services there at 2 pm Wednesday, the Rev. Walter J. Henderson
officiating. Interment in Coles Cemetery.
