Raymond E. Zeltner Retired Real Estate/insurance Agent
Raymond E. Zeltner, 84, of Latrobe died Monday, Feb. 10, 2003, in Integrated
Health Services at Mountain View, Unity Township. He was born May 29, 1918, in
Latrobe, a son of the late Harry E. and Anna B. (McVay) Zeltner. Prior to his
retirement, Raymond was a self-employed real estate and insurance agent. He was
a member of the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church. Unity Township. In addition to
his parents. he was preceded in death by two great-grandchildren. Courtney and
Jack Thomas Butina, and three brothers, William, Clair and Donald Zeltner. He is
survived by his wife of more than 62 years, Louise O. Lemmon Zeltner; four
children: Richard L. Zeltner and wife Angela, of Kokomo, Ind.; Dennis L. Zeltner
and wife. Juliann, of Latrobe; Joan L. Butina and husband, Thomas, of Latrobe;
and Carol A. Vanderspiegel and husband, Robert, of Chesapeake, Va.; 12
grandchildren; seven-great-grandchildren; a brother, Harold Zeltner and wife,
Louise. of Huntington Park, Calif., and his sister, Iona Bridge of Beverly
Hills, Fla. There will be no funeral home visitation. Friends and family are
welcome to attend a memorial service at 11 a.m. Saturday in Prince of Peace
Lutheran Church, Unity Township, with the Rev. James E. Person officiating. In
lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Raymond's memory may be made to the
Prince of Peace Lutheran Church. 1325 Mission Road, Latrobe. PA 15650. The
Hartman-Graziano Funeral Home Inc., 1500 Ligonier St., Latrobe, is in charge of
arrangements.
