Latrobe Advance Wed, Jan 11, 1888 
Mr. Wm. H. Nicely, one of Derry’s foremost young business men, and Minnie
Shaffer, of Conemaugh, were married at the latter place at 3 o'clock on the 5th
inst. in the presence of a select circle of friends. Mr. C. H. Ramsey, of
Ligonier and Miss Mollie Shaffer, sister of the bride, acted as groomsman and
bridesmaid. Many handsome and costly presents were bestowed on the happy couple.
Mr. and Mrs. Nicely will take up their residence in Derry Station.
