VALUABLE MILL PROPERTY FOR SALE The Executors of the last Will and Testament of Christian Funk, Senr. late,of South Huntington Township, deceased, will offer for sale, on the premises, at public auction, on Wednesday, the 25th day of March, 1835, all that certain TRACT OF LAND adjoining lands of David Funk, Joseph Lash, Gen. Joseph Markle, Joseph Zumbro and others, situate on the big Sewickly Creek, in South and North Huntington townships, Westmoreland County, containing 150 acres, 144 perches, be the same more or less, having about 60 acres cleared, 2 acres whereof is first rate meadow, with a DWELLING HOUSE, A MERCHANT MILL, with on run of French Burrs and one run of Chopping stones, a SAW MILL AND STABLE, An indisputable title, will be made to the purchaser. The terms will be made known on the day of the sale. It not sold on that day it will be rented for one year to the highest and best bidder. Also at the same time and place, the following personal property will be sold, Viz: ONE EIGHT DAY CLOCK, A VARIETY OF BOOKS, ONE SECRETARY, ONE CUPBOARD, ONE TEN PLATE STOVE, TABLES, CHAIRS, BEDS, BEDDING, AND BEDSTEADS.
