WIFE Margaret; half-brother Abner Gilbert “now living with me” tract adjoining
whereon Henry Marsh now lives, “plantation and grist mill on Mingo Creek, Washington
County, on which Thomas Leedom resides, 3/4/of which is mine”; land in State of Ohio
s.w. 1/4 section, No 14, Township 17, Range 4); James Townsend, an apprentice boy
now living with me, said James grandfather Frances Townsend; land on Mingo Creek to
8 nephews, viz: sister Rachel's son Benjamin Atkinson-brother John's 2 sons,
Benjamin & Isaac Gilbert, sister Sarah's 2 sons, Jessy & Gilbert Walton, brother
Caleb's 3 sons, Jessy, Jonathan & Isaac Gilbert; brother Jesse; Elizabeth Potter
bound girl;
