        In the name of God.  I Elsie Hayden spinster of Rostraver Township
Westmoreland County and state of Penna. being of sound and disposing mind and
memory do make and declare this to be my last Will and Testament in manner
following that is to say:  I order that all my just debts funeral expenses
and charges of proving this my will be in the first place fully paid; and
after payment thereof I bequeath to Alice Fell three hundred dollars the
money which I have in trust for Christena Marshall I wish placed in trust
with Mary E. Morgan. for the same person any other money or afsetts of any
kind I bequeath to the youngest children of William Hayden to wit Lewis,
Emma, Bessie, and Daniel. share and share alike.  I desire that Mr Frank
Guffey of West Newton to execute this my last will.  In witness whereof I
have this day June 24, 92 Set my Hand and Seal.

        We Jacob Tomer and Abijah Hayden have this day June 24 A.D. 1892 witnessed
that Elsie Hayden made her mark to this within as her last will and
testament.

        PROOF OF DECEASE

COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA,
        WESTMORELAND COUNTY. SS.

        Abijah Hayden upon his oath deposes and says that Elsie Hayden late of
Rostraver Township in said county, departed this life on the 29 day of June
A.D. 1892, about the hour of 10 a.m.
