HASLETT Andrew Heaslet In the name of GOD Amen, I Andrew Heslet of Will Westmoreland County and State of Pennsylvania being weak in body but of sound mind & perfect memory considering the uncertainty of the mortal life and being so blessed to Almighty GOD for the same do make and publish this my last will & testament in matter and form following that is to say. Fist I will and devise all my just debts to be duly paid I will and give to my beloved wife Rosana one plantation where I now live during her lifetime or so long as she shall remain my widow and all my personal property whatever to dispose of as she shall think proper thy place at her death or marriage I will to my three youngest daughters, that is Eliza Sarah & Rosana to share and share alike and to their heirs forever I will that a certain planation or piece of land at or near Palsans (sp?) Fort now in the hire (sp?) of James Roberts be sold by my executor, containing thirty four acres more or less I will and give to my son William twenty five dollars. I will and give to my daughter Jeane twenty five dollars. I will and give to my daughter Rebeca twenty five I will & give to my son Andrew Twenty five dollars I will & give to my son John twenty five dollars to my daughter Ruth twenty five dollars to my daughter Libby fifty dollars to my sons James & Richard thirty five dollars each to my son George twenty five dollars I will that all of my estate be divided share and share alike between my three youngest daughters Eliza Sarah & Rosana I hereby appoint James Horrell & John Hill Esq. my executors of this my last will & testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the seventh day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight Hundred and thirty four sighed sealed published declared by the above named Andrew Heslet to be his Last Will and testament in the presence of us who have hereunto subscribed ANDREW HEASLET (seal) our names as witnesses in the presence of the testator John Souther, James Horrel Ann McClellan Westmoreland County Personally appeared before the Register for the Probate of . . . and granting letter of Administration in . . County John Souther and Ann McClellan two of the subscribing witnesses to the written Written Will of Andrew Haslet late of Fairfield Town/. Dec.
