Derry Township, Westmoreland County

In the name of God amen.  I James Henderson of Derry Township and
westmoreland county and state of Pennsylvania do ordain and establish my
last will and testament as follows.  First I Commit my body the the earth=

and my soul to the Almighty trusting to the attonement and mercy of my
Redeemer - And as to my wordly estate I dispose of it in manner following=

To my sons Joseph Henderson, Robert Henderson and John Henderson - each o=
ne
dollar To my daughters Mary Henderson who intermarried with Samuel
Holstein, Margaret Henderson intermarried with William Jayner, Isabella
Henderson intermarried with David Hutchison, Jane Henderson intermarried
with Peter Craven, Lucy Hines Henderson intermarried with Andrew Long -
each one dollar Also I desire and bequeath unto my youngest son James
Andrew Henderson his heirs and assigns all the rest and residue of my rea=
l
and personal estate wheresoever situate or whatever description And appoi=
nt
my said son James Andrew Henderson Executor of this my last will and
Testament.  Hereby revoking all other wills by me made.  Witness my hand
and seal the fourteenth day of February 1846
Signed Sealed published and declared as his last will by the Testator in
our presence the day and year above mentioned
