Wills:  SAMUEL HENDERSON, 1848: Fairfield Twp, Westmoreland Co

In the name of God amen.  I Samuel Henderson of Fairfield Township and
Westmoreland County in my proper mind and memory Knowing bt the inabilities
of my body that it must return to dust and my spirit to God that gave it I
do hereby leave or bequeath unto Nancy Henderson all my real Estate and
personal property as long as she remains my widow for the support of her
and the Children.  And after her death or marriage the property and real
Estate to be Sold and equally divided amongst all the surviving heirs  I do
hereby leave Joseph Snodgrass my Executor as witness my hand and pen this
22nd day of July 1847

Legally proved and approved this 23rd day of February AD 1848.  Same day
recorded and Letters Testamentary granted to Executor, who was sworn
before.
