We encourage links to the state and county table of contents. ____________________________________________________________ In the name of God Amen I Isaac Hill of the Township of Fairfield and County of Westmoreland and State of Pennsylvania being weak of body but of sound mind and memory ( praise be God for the same ) and considering the Certainty of Death and the uncertainty of the time thereof and to that end I may be the better prepared to leave this World whenever it shall please God to call me home do therefore make and declare this my last will and testament in the manner following that is to say. First and principally I commend my soul into the hands of the Almighty God my Creator My body I commit to the earth at the discretion of my Executors herein after named I will that all my just debts as shall be by me owing at my death together with any funeral expense and all charges touching the proving of or otherwise concerning this my will shall in the first place out of any (?) estate and effects be fully paid and after payment then my will is that all the residue of the goods and chattel and household furniture I give and bequeath unto my loving wife Jean Absolutely to be disposed of as she sees proper amongst my children - I give and bequeath unto my loving wife all that piece or parcel of land in Indiana County that was her Father's and is part of her legacy for her to dispose of as she sees proper then my will is that all the plantation or tract of land I now reside on with the appurtenances - and also the saw mill place adjoining said place be and remain under the care and management of my Wife Jean & the whole unto issued and (proper?) thereof under her Control to be disposed of as she sees proper Amongst my Children While she remains my widow And I make and ordain my loving wife Jean guardian of my four children Hannah Ann & Joseph Graham and John until each of the said children shall arrive at full age if she should live so long or remain my Widow And if she does marry then my Will is that she have the one third of my real estate at that time to dispose of as she sees proper And then my Will is that guardians shall be appointed my the ?
