PENNSYLVANIA I Phebe Hill considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound mind and memory (Blessed be Almighty God for the same) do make and publish this my last will and Testament in manner and form following. (That is to say) I will that all my just debts as shall be owing at my death together with my funeral expenses and all charges touching the proving of or otherwise concerning this my Will shall in the first place out of my personal estate and effects be fully paid and satisfied. And from and after payment thereof, I give and bequeath unto Mary Ann Hill and Catherine Hill my daughters all my personal estate with the grain in the ground together with all my goods stocks chattels and household furniture and also of what kind soever there may be of my estate. And I make and ordain John Hill Executor of this my last will and testament. In Witness Whereof I have hereto set my hand seal the tenth day of November in the Year of Our Lord one-thousand eighteen and thirty four. Phebe ( her mark ) Hill Signed, sealed, published and declared by the above name Phebe Hill to be her last will and testament in the presence of us who at the request and in her presence have subscribed our names as witnesses thereunto G.
