In the name of God, Amen. I Catherine Hixon considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound mind and memory blessed be God for the same, Do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say, First I give to my son David Hixon all my _____ estate whatsoever of and in all those messages of tennants with the ______ situate in South Huntington township County aforesaid and lastly as to my widow and remainder of my personal property goods and chattels of what kind and nature, so was I give and bequeath the same to my two sons David Hixon and Abraham Hixon to be divided half and half, equally parted and divided among them share and share alike and to my son Moses Hixon, Aron Hixons children Catherine, Joseph, Aron I give and bequeath one dollar each to be paid in one year after my death by my executors, William Forter whom I appoint to cary out this my last will and testament as my sole executor and hereby !! working all former wills made by me in wittnesses whereof, I have hereunto set my hand, seal this 5th day of February in the year of our Lord 1844.
