Pleasant Twp., Westmoreland Co., PA: I, William S. Hutchinson of the borow of Mt. Pleasant County of Westmoreland and State of Pennsylvania being in good health of body and of Sound and disposing mind and memory do make and declare this to be my will and testament in manner following that is to say I order that all my just debts, funeral expenses and charges of proving this my will be in the first place fully paid and Satisfied and after payment thereof and every part thereof I give and bequeath to my wife Mary Hutchinson all my household goods including all furniture bedding carpets books all that is within the mentioned house is to be hers, and further my will is that my wife Mary shal have all moneys dew me in any way by note or in any way coming to me, and further my will is that my wife Mary shal have all rents that my property now lying in Mt Pleasant may rent for from year to year as long as she lives, it is my will if my wife Mary desires that my real estate be sold after my death then my will is that my wife Mary shal have one third of what my real estate may sell for, it is my will that when my real estate is sold that the two thirds of what it sels for be divided as follows to wit, to my Sone Oliver W. Hutchinson, Bennett W. Hutchinson, Minerva Thompson intermaried with Alfred Thompson, Cyntha Ann Hutchinson and Ida M Hutchinson, also my Grandsone Roy H. Altsman Son of my daughter Bell intermarried with George W. Altman my will is that my five children two Sons and three daughters share equal, and that my Grand Son Roy H. Altman Shal receive one half Share that is one half as much as each of my heirs receives, it is my will if Roy H Altman Should not live until he is twenty one years of age, then the money left him shall be equally divided between my five children if living if they are not living to their heirs, and I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my Sons Oliver W. Hutchinson & Bennett W. Hutchinson Executors of this my will hereby revoking and making void all former wills and declaring this only to be my last will and testament in witness whereof I the Said testator William S. Hutchinson have to this my last will and testament Set my hand and Seal the 27 day of August A.D. 1887. W. S. Hutchinson (Seal) Signed sealed published and declared by the Said testator William S.
