Nest I order that all my just debts funeral expenses & charges of this my will be in the first place fully paid and discharged and after payment thereof I order that respectable head & foot stones be put at my grave also at the graves of my father mother sisters and brother now deceased, next I give devise and bequeath to my sister Ann Dice wife of Peter Dice of the county of Armstrong, the sum of five hundred dollars. Next I give devise and bequeath to my sister Margaret Karns, Mary Karns & Jane Karns all my household and Kitchen furniture share and share alike. Next I give and devise and bequeath all my Real estate left after payments of my debts to my sisters Margaret Mary and Jane, or the survivors of them during their natural life, and at the death of the last survivor of them then the said Real estate shall descend to the children of my sister Ann Dice and their heirs and assigns forever share and share alike. In addition to the legacies above I give and bequeath to the granddaughter of my sister Ann Dice, viz Elizabeth King the sum of Twenty five dollars and last I hereby nominate constitute and appoint Thomas Borland of the Township of Franklin County of Westmoreland and Peter Dice of Armstrong County Executors of this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time made and declare this only to be my last Will and Testament, In Witness whereof I the said Testator have to this my last will and testament set my hand and seal this Eighteenth day of February AD one thousand Eight hundred and sixty eight.
