My youngest son William Kerns as before and my oldest Daughter Kisiah Kerns and my youngest daughter Emly Kerns for them all to remain as before till my youngest daughter Emley is at the age of sixteen and is my request to sell part of the uper farm formerly called Grahams farm and my will that my two Daughters Kisiah and Emley is to stay with my two sons Jacob and William till my Daughters are of age; also that my estate be divided between Jacob and William and Jacob to get his share when he is Twenty one. William to have his when he is twenty one of the north part of these Lands and Jacob on the south part ajoining Gress and Barbers and my wife to have her share of both equal as long as she remains my widow and Jacob to pay Kisiah one hundred and fifty Dollars when she is of age and William to pay Emely one hundred and fifty Dollars when she is of age lastly to all the rest residue and remainder of my personal Estate goods and chattels of What kind nature soever I give and bequeath the same to my beloved Wife Elizabeth Kerns, Jacob and William Kerns Equally devided among them. Also Whereas I hereby apoint my beloved wife Elisabeth Kerns and John Yockey executricks of this my last Will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made, In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this tenth day December one Thousand Eight hundred and forty four.
