Miller, Register of Wills etc., in and for the County, do hereby certify the following to be a true and correct copy of the original Last Will and Testament of the above named deceased as the same remains on file in my office, at Greensburg and a record in Will Book #18 page to wit' Copy of Last Will and Testament Dear Children; What you find herein stated is my wish, as follows, that out of my estate, providing there is enough money in bank, give one hundred dollars to each of the following Grandsons, Wilbur McIntire, Chas, Francis and Norman McIntire four in all. One hundred dollars to be divided as follows, $25 for missions as church directs, $25 to the Ladies Aid Society, for the benefit of the church at Perryopolis $25 to the Annuity fund of the Pittsburg Conference $25.00 to some member of the family (I suggest Emma) the interest to be used to keep my Father's cemetery lot in order, further, the remanider of my estate after all expenses are paid to be divided equally between you three boys and my grandson Paul McDonald only child of my daughter Annie deceased. If Jay wants the farm let him have it at a reasonable price. No sale to be made of the few things I leave, what you don't want you can give to some needy persons.
