“Name of estate is Richhill held co-jointly with my brother Thomas Mitchell, my half
occupied by Wm. Hutchinson and James Scott,” father Hugh Mitchell; brother Oliver
Mitchell's eldest son; nephew Thomas Hamilton, eldest son of sister Agnes; James
Hamilton eldest son of sister Margaret; land on Beaver Creek adjoining Daniel
Grosscost brother James Mitchell; relative and friend George Barclay, a natural
child in Ireland to be brought to America; brother Oliver's eldest dau mentioned but
not by name; sisters Margaret & Agnes's eldest daus mentioned but not by name;
