Vol. 65 1873 ROBERT MURRAY Will 3173 The last will and testament of Robert Murray of Westmoreland County, (B) Township, Pennsylvania, in the name of God Amen. I, Robert Murray, Considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound mind and memory blessed by Almighty God for the same do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say I give and bequeath unto all my heirs this farm on which I now live or the farm is to be sold by the executor of my will after my decease. And the money used therefrom is to be equally divided amongst my heirs, Francis A. Murray, Neille Murray, John Murray and Joseph Murray, Mary Ann Murray, now intermarried with John Hunker, Elizabeth Jane Murray now intermarried with James Stewart, Margaret Murray intermarried with Alexander W. Glenn and Sarah Murray. I also bequeath to my daughter, Sarah, my mare buggy and harness. I also bequeath to my daughter, Sarah, one knitting machine that I bought for her and the choice of any live cows and I likewise bequeath to my daughter Sarah the bedsteads and bedding and all my household and kitchen furniture she can dispose of as she sees fit and the rest of my personal property is to be sold by my executor of my will at my death and divided amongst the rest of my heirs. Sarah has a saddle and bridle that she bought with her own money and I make and ordain my son-in-law, James Stewart and my son John Murray executors of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this Twentieth day of August in the year of our Lord, one thousand and sixty eight. Signed, sealed and published by the above named Robert Murray to be his last will and testament in the presence of us who at his request and in his presence have subscribed our names as witnesses thereunto.
