January th 9 A.D. 1907 In the House of God, Amen No. 94 of 1907 Will of Josiah Newhouse late of East Huntington Deceased Ruffsdale Pa. January th 9 A.D. 1907 "In the Name of God, Amen" "I Josiah Newhouse being of sound mind but weak in body and of a disposing nature do make and publish this my last will and testament revoking all former wills by me at any previous time made. First I direct that my body be decently interred in the Salem buring ground in a manner suitable to my station in life. After my funeral expenses and just debts are paid I direct that the remainder of my worldly posessions real personal and mixed shall be given to John S. Deibler to have and hold as his forever in consideration of which the said John S. Deibler is to give me a house and see to me as long as I live. I apoint my esteemed friend B.F.Grise M.D. my Executor of this my last Will and Testament." Josiah Newhouse Witness : Fred H.
