We encourage links to the state and county table of contents. _______________________________________________________________________ Westmoreland Co., PA, Will Book Vol. 7, Pg. 134 + 135 No. 80 of 1883, Will of Abigail Ryall Deceased I Abigail Ryall of Rostraver Township Westmoreland County Pa being weak in Body but of Sound Mind and disposing Memory do make and Publish this as for my last will and testament hereby revoking all others Made by me. First I direct that my body be buried in the Cemetery at Rehoboth Church near the graves of My deceased Kindred and as to Such estate as it has pleased Almighty God to entrust me with consisting of Certain Notes which I hold against the estate of My deceased Brother David H. Ryall also Two Cows Together with four head young Cattle also Bed, Beding and Bedchlothes. I dispose of as follows First I Direct that all my debts and funeral expenses Shall first be paid including the expenses of erecting to my grave Suitable Tomb Stones also further I direct that My Executor Shall have placed to the grave of my deceased Brother David H. Ryall Tomb Stones(provided the same has not been done during my life time) Said Tomb Stones to be as good in quality as those which Mark the grave of My deceased Brother Thomas Ryall the same to be paid for out of my estate it is my will --- I further devise to the four Sons of my deceased Brother David H. Ryall the entire balance or residue of my estate as follows To George R. Ryall I will and bequeath Six hundred Dollars To Thomas M Ryall I devise one hundred Dollars the remaining balance of My estate I direct Shall be divided between David S Ryall and Florence P. W. Ryall Share and Share alike. I hereby devising the Same to them. I further direct that each of the four named boys Shall receive the Sums devised to them when they each respectively arrive at the Age of Twenty one years. Their Guardians Managing and Controlling the Source for their their use during their Minority and I further direct that should any of the four mentioned Sons of David H. Ryall decd die before they arrive at the age of Twenty one years, then in that Case It is my will and I direct that Such Share or Shares be equally divided between the Surviving Brothers Share and Share alike. It is my will and I further direct that Should My estate from and cause whatever prove on final Settlement of the same to be less in Amount than One thousand dollars after paying all my debts funeral expenses and the expense of Erecting Tomb Stones to my own and My Brothers grave as before directed then be that Case I direct that the bequests which I have made to George R and Thomas Ryall Shall be reduced as follows to wit George R. Ryall to receive from my estate Five hundred dollars Thomas M. Ryall to receive Seventy five dollars and the residue or balance of my Estate to be divided equally between David S. Ryall and Florence Perim W. Ryall Share and Share alike as I have first devised the true intent of this Clause of my will is that the bequest which I have first made to George R. and Thomas M. Ryall shall not be changed or reduced only on the condition that my Estate after paying all legal claims against it including the Tombstones which I have provided for Shall mot amount to the Sum in value of One thousand dollars Lastly I hereby appoint my friend John C Flanegan Executor of this my last will and testament giving him full power and authority to carry the same into full effect In testimony whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal as for my last Will and Testament the fifteenth day of April A D 1878.
