We encourage links to the state and county table of contents. _______________________________________________________________________ Westmoreland Co., PA, Will Book Vol. 4, Pg. 450 No. 24 of 1863, Last will of Thomas Ryall, 2426 The last Will and Testament of Thomas Ryall of Rostraver Township in the County of Westmoreland and State of Pennsylvania. I Thomas Ryall considering the uncertainty of this mortal life do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following – I give and bequeath to my Brother David H. Ryall all my real Estate and to his heirs and assigns forever Subject however to the payment of the legacies after mentioned I also give and bequeath to said Brother D. H. Ryall all my personal or mixed Estate Excepting only the Articles hereafter bequeathed. I give and bequeath to my Sister Abigail the Sum of Five Hundred Dollars (Subject however to the Collateral tax) also all my books (Except my Law Books) I give and bequeath to my Brother John Ryall’s Children the Sum of Nine Hundred and fifty Dollars (Subject also to the Collateral tax) to be divided among them Share and Share alike To Thomas one of the Said children I give and Bequeath My Repeating watch. I give and Bequeath to My Sister Abigail before mentioned one Hundred one Hundred Dollars in addition to the foregoing bequest and also my largest red Cow. I give and Bequeath to My Sister Hannah who is intermarried with Dr. Thomas Smith a like Sum of three Hundred and fifty Dollars Subject also to the Reduction of the State Collateral tax. All of the Said Bequests are payable in Two years after my decease as I hold one note of two Hundred Dollars on R W Ryall also one of the same amount of G W Ryall. I now bequeath the above mentioned note back to them at my Decease and lastly I appoint My Brother David H Ryall Executor of this my last will and Testament in witness whereof I have Set my hand and Seal this Eighth Day of October A D Eighteen Hundred and Sixty two.
