Westmoreland County Register of Wills, 4WB431 1862 No 46 of 1862 Wills: Fredrick SHANER 2401 Westmoreland Co Penna August 26th 1854 I Fredrick Shaner of North Huntingdon Township and the County aforesaid former. do make and publish this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made; And first I direct that my body be decently interred in the burying ground of the Presbyterian Church of Long Run in the Said Township and that my funeral be conducted in a manner corresponding with my Estate and Situation in life: And as to Such worldly Estate as it hath Pleased God to intrust me with. I dispose of the same as follows: First. I direct that all my debts and funeral expenses be paid as Soon after my Decease as possible out of the first monies that Shall come into the hands of my Executors from any portion of my Estate Real or personal. After which and subject thereto. I give and bequeath all my estate real and personal to my Brother William Shaner with the exception of a note which I hold against my nephew Fredrick Shaner. Son of the Said William Shaner. which note I direct to be given up to the said Fredrick . immediately after my Decease. And I do hereby make and ordain my Esteemed neighbor William Finley Byerly Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. In witness whereof.
