I, Thomas Simpson of Armstrong Township, Westmoreland County and State of Pennsylvania, Farmer, being weak in Body but of sound and disposing mind and memory and duly considering the Uncertainty of human life, Do make this my last will and testament. In manner and form following, Viz. Impremis: I will and direct that all of my just debts and funeral Expenses be paid with all convenient Speed by my Executors or those that will take upon them the probate of my Will - Item. I Give and bequeath to my Brother James Simpson that Tract of Land I formerly Improved on with all my moveable property to pay him for his trouble until my Nephew Thomas Simpson comes of age, then he is to enjoy the foresaid tract of Land. I Bequeath unto Samuel Hall that part of Land formerly claimed by my Brother Andrew Simpson or pay for it to be at the discretion of my said Brother James Simpson. Item: I Do constitute and appoint my Brother James Simpson as my Sole Executor of this my last Will and testament. And I Do hereby revoke and Annul every Will heretofore by me made.
