Sarah Walp Quit Claim 4 June 1913 Estate of Jane McCready of Plum Twp., Allegheny Co., Pa. Probate Records Vol.42, p. 107, Block 52 KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, SARAH WALP, of the Borough of Parnassus, County of Westmoreland and State of Pennsylvania, have this day had and received of Wilbut McCREADY, the sum of One Hundred Fifty ($150.00) Dollars, in full payment and satisfaction of the legacy bequeathed to me by my sister, Jane McCready, late of the Twonship of Plum, County of Allegheny and State of Pennsylvania, deceased, by her last will and testament bearing date the fourth of December, in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and eighty eight, and since her death, to wit, on July 16, 1892, duly proved in the Register of Wills in the County of Allegheny and the State of Pennsylvania, and remaining on file therein, which said legacy was by said will charged upon the real estate whereof the said Jane McCready died seized, therein and thereby devised to the said Wilbur McCready; in consideration of which said payment I do hereby remise, release, quit claim and forever discharge as well the said Wilbur McCready, his heirs and assigns as the lands and tenements before mentioned, of and from all liability, claim, demand, charge or lien whatsoever, or on account fo the legacy aforesaid.
