Will Book 23 p317 Westmoreland Co Will of William C Walthour, late of Greensburg Borough, deceased I, William C Walthour, of Greensburg Borough, Westmoreland Co, state of Pa., being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made. First. After payment of all my just debtsand funeral expenses, I give and bequeath to my two daughters, Alice L Miller and Elizabeth Goodlin and their heirs, the sum of One Thousand Dollars each, to be paid out of the proceeds of the sale of my real estate as provided in the following paragraph and to bear no interest until payable in said paragraph. Second. I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Harriet A Walthour, her heirs and assigns forever all my property, real, personal and mixed, of what nature or kind whatsoever and wheresoever the same shall be at the time of my death; subject, however, to the payment of aforesaid legacies to my two daughters, either when my wife shall make sale of my real estate, if she should decide to make sale thereof, or after her death. I do nominate, constitute and appoint my wife Harriet A Walthour to be the executrix of this my last will and testament. In witness wherof, I , William C Walthour, testator, have to this my will set my hand and seal this 28th day of June 1915. William C Walthour Elizabeth Van Dyke Jno D Gill I William C Walthour the within named testator do hereby make and publish this codicil to be added to my last will and testament bearing date 28th of June 1915 in manner following to wit. I hereby revoke that portion of the first paragraph of my said will and testament wherein and whereby I give and bequeath to my two daughters Alice L Miller and Elizabeth Goodlin the sum of one thousand dollars and do hereby ratify and confirm my said will hereto attached in all other respects. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 29th day of March 1923. William C Walthour Signed sealed published and declared by the said William C Walthour as and for a codicil to his last will and testament which is hereunto attached in the presence of us who in his presence and in the presence of each other have at his request subscribed our names as witness hereto.
