Will of George Wilson, Registration #1678 Know all men by these presents that I George Wilson of Rostravar Township Westmoreland County & State of Pennsylvania being of Sound Mind & Memory, but weak in body and bearing in mind the uncertainty of Human life, I Make and ordain this my last will and Testiment first - I will my Soul to God who gave it and my Body to the earth to be Buried In the Friends graveyard in Sewickly Township of this Cy to Rest in hopes of a Glorious Resurrection. And as to Worldly Substance which it has pleased God to Bless me with, I now dispose of as follows-- I Give and Bequeath to my Beloved Wife Dorratha, all my Beads & Bedding, with my Kitchen & household Furniture of every description. The Interest of my money after my Funeral Expences Drs. Bill and all lawful demands are paid and the Rents Issues &, profits of my Real Estate during her natural life for her support and at her decease I Give and Bequeath to my Nephew Washington Wilson son of Jacob Wilson one hundred dollars to be paid in one year after the decease of wife by my Executor and I give & Bequeath to my nephew William Brookins Esq the Residence and Remainder of my Person Estate, and the possession Rents Issues of benefits of my Real Estate during his life to go into possession of my Real Estate at my decease under an equitable arrangment for Rents to be made by & between my Tentor & Himself and at his death I give and Bequeath to his daughter Catherine ----King my Real Estate. If she should marry and have Heirs I give & Bequeath --- lineal Heirs my Real Estate forever in --- should she decease without ------ Heirs I give and Bequeath my Real Estate to Prestly Walchen & his Heirs forever. I give & Bequeath to Prestly Waltchen his note calling for one Thousand dollars payable to me as --- Article of Agreement of the same date this I give founded on the following Requirements should his aged and infirm Mother survive me that he is by this grant and gift bound to Render Reasonable support & Sustainance to his Mother during her natural life. Should he fail or neglect this High duty to his parent I direct my Executor to Collect so much of said note as may be necessary for her Sustanance and to finally discharge --- ------- ---their demand on account of said note I direct my Executor to Settle my Estate Reconcile and Collect Rents during the Life of my Wife and pay the Rents and any Interest that may accrue over to my Wife as her wants and Circumstances may Require and finally at her Death to close the business of my Estate as before provided for my Executor is to understand that the Horses & Farming utensils now in the custody and Possession of Prestly Waltcher is to Remain his property without charge And finally I constitute and appoint my Trusty Friend Benjamin Gilbert my Executor to Carry Into Effect this my last Will & Testament Revoking all former wills Given under my hand and Seal this tenth day of July In the year of Our Lord One thousand Eight Hundred and forty eight.
