Newhouse Kelanic March 9, 2000 870 GEORGE ZEANOR'S WILL "In the Name of God Amen I George Zeanor of Hempfield Township Westmoreland County and State of Pennsylvania, being weak in Body but of sound mind and memory and Understanding, thanks be to God for the same Do make and publish this my last will and testament in the following manner and form, that is to say, Principally & first of all I commend my immortal Soul into the hands of almighty God that gave it and my Body to the earth to be Buried in a decent christian like manner, at the discretion of my Executor here in after Mentioned, and the Funeral Expenses, my Son John Zeanor is to pay, and to maintain Me in Jenteel manner as long as I live in this world Touching such worldly estate where with it hath pleased God to bless me with in this life I give and devise and bequeath the same in the following Manner to wit It is my Will that all my just debts and funeral charges be paid and Satisfied as soon as circumstances will admit after my Decease Which my Son John Zeanor is to pay, and the remainder of my Personal estate I give and bequeath unto two of my children Namely John and Anamaria to be evenly divided Between them, Item I give and Divise my Dwelling Plantation Situate in Hempfield Township County and State aforesaid adjoining Lands of Adam Fritsman and Collins McGeeger Containing Ninety Seven acres and one fourth and allowance to my Son John J Zeanor and I further give and divise unto my said Son John Zeanor thirty acres More or less of Land lying in the aforesaid Township County and State adjoining land of William Guie, Archibald Kennedy and Elizabeth Zeanor, Item I give and divise unto my Daughter Anamaria a certain piece of Land Containing fifty five acres more or less, adjoining lands of Christopher Erret Peter Fox Elizabeth Zeanor and Nicholas Long John Zeanor and Adam Zeanor, the aforesaid John Zeanor and Anamaria to hold the aforesaid Lands to them and their Heirs on Conditions that the Said John Zeanor and Annamaria Zeanor my Daughter Shall pay unto the rest of my children their Share to the amount of Five Hundred Dollars current Money of Pennsylvania to be paid in the following Maners. To my Son Adam Zeanor Four Hundred and fifty Dollars, which will be his Share in full Next my Son John is to pay unto my Daughter Catharine Ream three hundred and thirty Dollars, and to pay it in three payments annually, and my Son John is to deliver up the three Stills and all belonging to them unto my said Daughters Catharine Ream again the first day of May in the Year eighteen hundred and twenty four, which will be her Share in full, Next my Son John Zeanor is to pay unto my Son Philip Zeanor One Hundred and twenty Dollars to be Paid in two Payments anually, which will be his Share in full And Next my Son John Zeanor is to pay unto my Son Michael Zeanor one Hundred and Fifty Dollars which will be his Share in full, and my Son John is not obliged to pay any of the rest of my children any payment herein on mentioned till after my Decease Anamaria has received her Share in Land aforementioned in full, My Son Adam has received Fifty Dollars, Daughter Catharine has received twenty Dollars. and Son Philip has received three hundred and Eighty Dollars, and Michael had received three hundred and fifty. The above Mentioned and bequeath to them is the Ballance of their Shares in full, My Sons Jacob & George has each of them Received five hundred Dollars, which is theirs in full, Christian and Henry has each of them received Five hundren Dollars, which is their Shares in full, and my Daughter Elizabeth has received her Share in full in Land, And Lastly I Nominate constitute and appoint Michael Mathias my trusty Friend to be the Executor of this my last Will and testament, hereby revoking all other Wills Legacies and bequeaths by Me heretofore made, and declaring this and No other to be my last will and testament.
