a stake, then along other lands of David Garrison North 14 degrees & 15
minutes the (indecipherable) 24 chains and 45 links to a bush and stone then
South 70 degrees and 15 minutes E 22 chains and 25 links to a stake bounded
on the north by the lands of Isaac Bodle then South 17 degrees W 8 chains to
a stake then South 31 degrees W 1 chain then South 14 degrees and 15 minutes
E to the beginning, containing 35.75 Acres.
