Description of the Land: Eaton, Luzerne, PA. Beginning at a post in a line
of Daniel & Forbs LeeÕs land & at a corner of Ebenezer Thurstons land and
run from thence North 71 degrees W 3 chains to a post on the West side of
the brook. Then North 31 degrees W 6 chains, then North 47 degrees W 6
chains and 25 links to a stump. Then South 84.5 degrees W 3 chains then
North 80 degrees W three chains then North 49 degrees W 4 chains & 45 links
to a hemlock, then North 31 degrees W 17 chains to a line of Isaac Bodles
land then along the same South 71 degrees E 36 chains and 25 links to a line
of Daniel and Forbs LeeÕs land then along the same South 15 degrees E 24
chains and 90 links to the beginning, containing 50 Acres of land.

Miscellaneous Information Contained: Together with the privilege of building
two dams across the brook between the road on said lot and plowing the land
as far as shall be necessary for any water works also below the road leading
by said AveryÕs and Garrison home.
