stake and stone standing in a line of Isaac Garrison and run from thence 
by the land of Isaac Garrison North 20 degrees W 147.5 rods, then South 
15 degrees E 41 rods, to a heap of stones, then South 70 degrees E 128 
rods to a post and stones, then by land in possession of Mr. DuBois 
North 20 degrees E 33 rods to the beginning, containing 30 Acres.
