Birth and Baptism

To these two parents, as Philip Kraumer and his wife Helena, was born a son on 
the 24th day of January, in the year of our Lord 1836. This son was born in 
Strasburg Township, York, PA, in the State of Pennsylvania, in North America and 
was baptized on the 23rd day of Feb in the year of our Lord 1836, and received 
the name of Jackson by the Rev Kemfort Pastor

Witnesses present at the act of baptism were the parents.

NOTE: This is the Rev Jacob KAEMPFER. Jackson was christened at Sadler's
or Christ Lutheran in Shrewsbury
