Battey Publishing Co., 1886. _______________________________________________ Part II, Biographical Sketches, York Borough, Pg 30 HENRY LINT, second of three children of Peter and Elizabeth (Smyser) Lint, was born in West Manchester Township, July 20, 1829, where he was reared on his father's farm and lived in this township until he removed with his father to the home where he now lives. He removed to York in 1840. His maternal ancestors, the Smysers, were the pioneer settlers in West Manchester Township. Mr. Lint is a member of the Lutheran Church.
