2nd January 1827 Plantiff. Entered a rule to refer Arbitration to be chosen on 
Thursday the 18th day of January 1827 between the hours of ten and eleven 
o'clock am

Jan 18th 1827 Plantiff's Attorney and Defendant agreed to choose three 
arbritrators to wit.
George LAUMAN, Charles F FISHER Esq and Philip SMYSER Esq to meet at the house 
of Andrew DUNCAN Innkeeper in the Borough of York on Thursday the first day of 
March 1827 at 10 o'clock AM April 9th 1827
Arbitrators report that they find for the Plaintiff
Judgment nisi - April 30th 1827

of Ebenezer)
                   Nancy BADDERS   (Levi's unmarried sister Nancy)

neighbor, a relative?)

Additional items of note:
There is a writ dated 6 Nov 1826 indicating that Jacob MARKEY was owed 
$2562.50 from Levi BADDERS and Conrad NOON.
The next docket is Apr 1827 stating that the 160 acres were the estate of 
Conrad NOON; land and buildings were seized by the court and sold to Henry 
HAMMOND for $530.
