Written: August 30, 1768

Came into Court Jacob Harman the son of Nicholas Harman Deceased upwards of 
fourteen years and prayed to be permitted to choose a guardian for himself who 
being asked to choose Philip Craver of Manchester Township to be guardian over 
his person and Estate during his minority whereof the court approves and it is 
further ordered by the Court that the said Philip Craver be and is hereby 
appointed the guardian the Persons and Estates of John Harman and Philip Harman 
two of the children of the said Nicholas Harman Deceased both under the age of 
fourteen years.
