Written: August 30, 1768

Came to Court Margaret Harman the Daughter of Nicholas Harman Deceased and 
prayed that she might be permitted to choose a guardian for herself she being 
the age of sixteen years who being asked chose Jacob Welsh of York Town to be 
her guardian over her Person and Estate during her minority whereof the Court 
approves.
