H--page 145--September 30, 1800 At a special Orphans Court held at York the County of York on the seventeeth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand and eight hundred. Before Jacob Rudisell, John Stewart and Andrew Robinson, Esqire Judges. Came into Court Jacob Ketterman aged seventeed Years and upwards and prayed to be permited to choose a guardian and on being asked by the Court named Henry MIller Esquire. The Court upon consideration approved the choice and appointed the said Henry Miller guardian over the person and estate of said minor. An Application of Isaac Depew. H--137--September 30, 1800 Orphans Court held at York Town for the County of York on the thirteenth day of September, In the year of our Lord one thousand and eight hundred, Before Jacob Rudisell, John Stewart, Andrew Robinson and Hugh Glascow, Esquires, Judges Came into court Susannah Katerman, aged seventeen years and upwards, and Mary Katerman aged fifteen years and upwards, minor orphaned children of Michael Katerman deceased, and prayed the Court to permit them to choose a guardian, on being asked by the Court they named Ludwig Waggoner. The Court approved of the choice, and appointed the said Ludwig Waggoner guardian over the persons and Estates of said minors. York County, Pa. Book -H, page 137 Sept. 30, 1800 Came into Court Catharine Ketteman, widow of Michael Ketteman deceased and prayed the Court to appoint Ludwig Wagoner guardian of the Person and estate of Peter Ketteman, aged thirteen and upwards, minor child of Michael Ketteman deceased. Adams County, Pa, Feb. 1807; Book A, Page 242: Adam Spangler appointed guardian of Catharine Spangler, late Catharine Ketterman, aged about 19 years and daughter of Michael Ketterman, late of Mountpleasant Twp. York County Pa. March 27th, 1800 Came into Court Catharine Ketteman, widow of Michael Ketteman deceased and prayed the Court to appoint Ludwig Wagoner guardian over the Person and estate of Rebecca Ketteman aged six years and upwards.
