Fry and William A. Alreght administrators of said estate SIGNED: Elenora (her mark) Cook WITNESSES present George Enlminger(?) --- York County SS Personally came before me Oliver Stuck Register of Wills of York County Charles H. Fry and William Ehecht (clearly spelled this way) Administrators of the estate of Joseph Koch late of Spring Garden township said county, deceased, who haveing been duly sworn by me according to law says that they are unable to file any inventory of the Estate and effect of said decedent in the said Registers office, for the reason the Elenora Koch the widow of the decedent, took and accepted all the real (crossed out) estate and effects, including the real estate of said decedent, under the provisions of the Widows Exemption laws of this Commonwealth, and that no estate and effects of said decedent ever came into the hands of the said Administrators.
