Business letter, The Patrick Commercial School, organized 1893, W.H. Patrick, 
Principal and Proprietor.  Gehly Building, 9 W. Market Street, York, Pa.  
Letter addressed to Raymond C. Lauer of Dover, Pa., urging him to apply.  
Tuition rates for the day school as follows: monthly, in advance, $9.00; three 
months, when paid in advance, $25.00; six months, when paid in advance, $45.00.
Night school: Monthly, in advance, $3.00.  The above rates do not include 
books, blanks and stationery.
