A short distance to the northeast of the borough, on an eminence overlooking the town, the 
cemetery is located.  A charter was granted in 1868, and it was laid out soon thereafter.  
There are quite a number of fine granite and marble monuments in it.  The board of directors 
are:  Henry Kise, president; Henry Burg, secretary; Samuel Burg, treasurer; William Burg, 
William Helder and Daniel Leber.
