Dr. De Lassel, a Frenchman, located here in 1810. He was followed by Drs. Rouse, Richardson, Massey, Charles, Cook, Ehrhart and Watson. Dr. William Graffes was the last practitioner, twenty-five years ago. Physicians of this town attended the sick of Eib’s Landing and Liverpool.
