STRAWBRIDGE, Morgan JENKINS & John MARSTELLER cost: $1000 acres: 31 This Indenture made to the third day of May in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and seventy nine, Between John Almony of Harford County in state of Merrill and of the first part and Catharine A. BADDERS of Harford County and state Maryland of the second part. Witnesseth That the said party of the first part for end in consideration of the sum of one thousand dollars lawful money of the United States of America unto him well and truly paid by the said party of the second part at or before the Selling and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has granted bargained, Sold aliened enscoffed released conveyed and confirmed and by these presents to grant bargain Sell, alien enscoff release convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns All that messauge or tract of land situate in Fawn Township York County in State of Pennsylvania, bounded by land of Benjamin McDONALD, A & F. STRAWBRIDGE, Morgan JENKINS, John MARSTELLER and others, and on the South by the Maryland line, Containing thirty one acres more or less. Together with all and singular the buildings improvements ways, waters, watercourses, rights, liberties, privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining; and the reversions and remainders rents issues and profits thereof and all the estate, right, title interest, property, claim and demand whatsoever of him the said party of the first part in whole equity, or otherwise house however off in and to the same and every part and parcel thereof to have and to hold the said thirty one acres of ground more or less hereditaments and premises hereby granted or mentioned and intended to so to be with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns to and for the only proper use and behoof of the said party of the second part to her heirs and assigns forever. And the said Catharine A. BADDERS to have and to hold the said 31 acres more or less during her natural life and at her death to be left to her children. And the said John ALMONY for himself his heirs executors and administrators, to by these presents, covenant, Grant and agreed to in which he said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns, that he the said party of the first part his heirs all and singular the hereditaments in premises herein have described in granted, were mentioned and intended to so to be, with the appurtenances, all onto the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns against him the said party of the first part his heirs and granted against all and every other person or persons whomsoever, lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof Shell and will Warrants and forever defend, In witness whereof this said party of the first part has hereunto set his hand and Steel dated the first day and year first above written. ALMONY York County Ss The third day of May and are dominating 1879 before me the subscriber any Justice of the Peace and for the said County personally appeared the above named John ALMONY and in due form of law acknowledged the above indenture to be his act and deed and desired the same might be recorded as such and the said Witness my hand and Seal the day and year aforesaid.
