Between George Badders and Deborah his wife of the one part, and Levi Badders of the other part, all of York county Fawn Township and State of Pennsylvania, Witnesseth that Whereas George Badders hath obtained a Warrant for the Land Office for 100 acres, bearing date the twenty seventh day of January 1785. Doth grant bargan and sell to the aforesaid Tract unto Levi Badders which appear more fully and at large by the aforesaid Indenture. Now this Indenture Witnesseth the aforesaid George Badders and Deborah his Wife doth for and in Consideration of the sum of One hundred Dollar current money of the State of Pennsylvania to there in hand paid by the aforesaid Levi Badders at and before the erelong and Delivery of these precepts the Receipts where of the G. (?) Badders doth hereby acknowledge and for the same and every part thereof doth exonerate acquit and discharge the Levi Badders his Heirs and Assigns forever. Hath granted bargained sold conveyed released and confirmed and Doth by these present grant bargain sell release and forever Convey and confirm to the said Levi Badders his Heirs and Assigns All the hereafter described Tract of Land and Improvements Beginning at a Hickory Grub ? Adjoining Francis Hartman's land and running north fifty one degrees West twenty four perches to a post thence South fifty three degrees West twenty six perches to a white Oak thence North four degrees East thirty seven perches to a heap of Stones, Thence South Eleven West fifty nine perches to a white Oak Thence north eighty two degrees East twenty-six perches to a White Oak Thence South twenty eight degrees East twenty three perched to a post thence North sixty nine degrees East forty perches to a White Oak thence South eighty two and seven fourths East twenty eight perches to a post. Thence North ten degrees West thirty seven perches to a post. Thence South eighty degrees West forty (spelled this way) nine perches to the place of Beginning. Containing twenty acres and six perches, Situate part in Fawn and part in Hopewell Township. Surveyed and laid of the twenty ninth day of October A.D. 1804 Being part of the afore stated Warrant. Together with all and Singular the Buildings and Rights. Members Wood, Underwoods, Waters, Water courses Codifies Profits commodities Advantages Einolments? Here editaments? And Appurtances therein to belonging or in any Wise Appertaining to the only use benefit and behoof of the foresaid Levi Badders his heirs and Assigns forever. To Have and to Hold the above granted premises as before described, against us out Heirs Executors Administrators of Assigns and all men and manner of persons claiming or to Claim by from or under us, them or any of them To the only proper use and behoff of heir the aforesaid Levi Badders his heirs and Assigns. And the said George Badders and his heirs shall and will Warrant and forever Defend the same. In witness whereof We have set our Hands and Seals dated the Day and Year above Written. SIGNED: Geo.
