Shirey and Claudia Shirey his wife of York City, PA Consideration: $8,000.00 "All that certain lot or piece of ground situate on the East side of North George Street in the City of York, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to wit: Beginning at the line of the property of Samuel Greenberg thence along the line of said property Easterly thirty four feet to a stake, thence Northerly four and a half inches to a stake, thence Easterly along the same line sixty nine feet to the wharehouse of A.B. Farquhar, thence Southerly along the warehouse of said A.B. Farquhar seventeen feet three inches to the property of J.B. Breneman, thence along the line of said last mentioned property Westerly one hundred and three feet to said George Street, thence along said George Street sixteen feet ten and one half inches to the place of Beginning. It being the same premises which A.B. Farquhar and wife by deed dated March 28th 1884 [ref. Deed Book 7M, p. 606] granted and conveyed unto Charles H. Busey. And it being the same premises of which Charles H. Busey died seized in fee testate on February 19th 1888 his last will and testament being duly probated [ref. Will boook EE, p. 307] wherein and whereby he devised and bequeathed the same to his wife Lamanda Busey for life or so long as she remains his widow and at her death or remarriage to his only daughter Minnie L.
