Busey and Lamanda his wife, Borough of York, York Co., PA To: Solomon Myers, (same) Consideration: $1,300.00 "All that certain piece of ground, with a rough-clad dwelling house thereon erected, situate on the South side of West Philadelphia Street, in the Third Ward of said Borough of York, Bounded on the North by said Philadelphia Street; on the East by property of Abraham Rudisell; on the South by property of Anthony Gressley's Estate; and on the West by property of Edward T. Lyons, - Containing, in front on said Philadelphia Street, Twenty-feet including the one-half a three feet wide alley, and extending back Southwardly, same width fifty-seven feet and six inches (57 ft. 6 in.) to said Gressley's property. It being the same property which William McCandless and Sarah Ann his wife did by their deed dated April 13th A.D. 1871 grant and convey unto the said Charles Busey [re. deed book 5W, p. 165+]..."
