Docket 2E, page 505 November 5th 1873 Be it remembered that J. Park Wiley Sheriff of York County, State of Pennsylvania came into Court and acknowledged his deed poll dated the fifth day of November 1873 to John W. Hoffacker for a certain track of land situate in West Manheim Township York county Pennsylvania containing Fifty two acres more of less adjoining lands of Ephraiam Nace, Peter Lightner, Mr. Craumer Adam Utz and Simon Barnhart on which are erected a two story frame weatherboarded house. Bank barn. Carriage house. Spring house. and other inprovements thereon. About six acres of this tract is woodland. Seized and takein in execution as the estate of Henry W. Craumer and afterwards sold and struck off unto John W. Hoffacker for the sum of thirty eight hundred and fifty dollars ($3850.) he being the highest and best bidder for the same. By vitrue of a writ of Venditioni Exponae tithe said Sheriff for that purpose directed.
