Farquhar his wife, Spring Garden Township, York Co., PA To: Charles H. Busey, Borough of York, (same county and state) Consideration: $1,000.00 "All that certain Lot or piece of Ground situate on the East side of North George Street in the Borough of York, in the County and State aforesaid bounded and described as follows viz: Beginning at the line of the Property of Henry W. Eisenhart, thence along the line of said property, Easterly, Thirty four feet to a stake. Thence Northerly four and a half inches to a Stake. Thence Easterly along the same line sixty nine feet to the warehouse of said A. B. Farquhar. Thence southerly along the warehouse of said A. B. Farquhar, seventeen feet three inches to the Property of Mrs. Mary DeBurkhart. Thence along the line of said last mentioned property Westerly. One hundred and three feet to said George Street. Thence along said George Street Sixteen feet and ten and a half inches to the place of Beginning. It being a part of the same property which David Keller and Anna his wife by their Indenture bearing date the second day of April 1818. did for the consideration therein mentioned convey the same to said A. B. Farquhar [ref. to deed book 5Z? p. 511-2]...Together with all and singular the right, title and interest of the said A. B. Farquhar of, in, and to the extention of the wall of the building over the division between said lot and the lot now owned by Mary De Burkhart, under and by virtue of said agreement or instrument of writing therefor entered into between David Keller and John I. Reiker (formerly owners) bearing date the seenth day of April A. D. 1870, and recorded ref. to Book 5F, p. 348+] which agreement or instrument of writing passed to said A.B.
