HOSTLER & wife to Conrad NOON THIS INDENTURE, Made the 6th day of October Anno, Domini one thousand eight hunderd and twelve. BETWEEN George HOSTLER of Hopewell Township in the county of York in the State of Pennsylvania weaver, and Mary his wife of the one part and Conrad NOON of the same place aforesaid of the other part. WITNESSETH that the said George HOSTLER and Mary his wife for and in consideration of the sum of five hunderd and forty nine dollars and seventy one cents lawful money of the States aforesaid to them to said George HOSTLER and Mary his wife in hand paid at on before. the....... and delivery of these present the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and thereof, and a part and parcel thereof Do aquit and discharge forever the said Conrad NOON his Heirs and assigns by these presents have granted bargained sold aleined released on ...... and confirmed and by their presents Do grant bargain sell alein release .... and confirm with the said Conrad NOON his Heirs and assigns forever all that the following piece parcel or tract of lay and situate lying and being in Hopewell Township in the county of York aforesaid Beginning at theStone (the) the line adjoining the land of Andrew PERCUPILE, tence North fifty three degrees West twenty purces to a stone thence by land of William McCLELLAN and South forty one degrees and 1/4 West forty two purches and 3/10 to a white oak sense by said McCLELLAN's land and South thirteen 1/2 degrees, East thirty three purches, and seven tenths to a post South forty degrees, and a half East thirty one purches, and 6/10 to a cents South sixty degrees, and 1/4 West sixty six purches, and a 3/10 to a chestnut out seven degrees and 3/4 West ninty ninth purches and fixed tents to a post thence by land of James ANDERSON North eighty six degrees East seventy purches to a post South fifty five degrees East twelve purches and one tenth to a White oak and Apple thence by they end of said PERCUPILE North twenty degrees and one fourth East one hundred and forty purches to the place of Beginning containing eighty three acres and seven eighths of an acre neat measure being part of two tracks of land the first laid off and surveyed by virtue of a warrant granted to research and John RITCHEY for fifty acres of land bearing the (blank) Day of October 1770. Who by his indenture under his hand and seal duly executed bearing date the 28th day of March 1795 did sell and convey the same to a certain Andrew PERCUPILE and his heirs and Assigns the other part of the above described Track or piece of land is part of the tract of land which was surveyed onto a certain James McCANDLESS by virtue of a warrant bearing date 15th day of November 1787 whereon was surveyed one hundred and thirty nine acres and allowance. And Whereas, the said James McCANDLESS by his indenture under his hand and seal did sell and convey the same onto the said Andrew PERCUPILE and to his Heirs and assigns forever. WHEN WHEREAS, this day Andrew PERCUPILE and Anna his wife by their Indenture under their hands and seals duly executed bearing date the 8th day of April 10 Anno Domini1809 for the consideration mentioned to grant bargon and sell the above described track or parcel of land onto George HOSTLER (Party hereunto) as by the said Indenture may more fully and at-large appear. TOGETHER with all and singular the houses, out houses, Edifices, and Buildings thereon erected and built Profits Commodities, Advantages , Emoluments, Heriditaments and Appurtenances whatever to the said described Track or piece of land belonging in or any wise appurtances the Revisions Remaidary rents and fees, and profits thereof, also the Estate Right Title Interest Use Possession property claim and demand whatever of them the said George HOSTLER and and Mary his wife in law or equity and otherwise whoever of into or out of the said described track or piece of land or any part thereof together also with true copies of old deed, evidences an writing touching and convening the hereby granted premises were any part or parcel those to be held as and Hold the said track or parcel of land containing eighty three acres situated limited and bounded of the same is above described in the premises hereby granted mentioned were intended so to be with the appurtenances & Conrad NOON his Heirs and assigns to the only proper use BENEFIT and Issue of the said Conrad NOON is Heirs and assigns forever. Subject nevertheless to the payment of the claims of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in and for the same. And the said George HOSTLER and Mary his wife and their Heirs doth covenant promise and Grant to and with the said Conrad NOON and his Heirs and assigns. by these present that the said George HOSTLER and Mary his Wife and their Heirs the said Described Tract or Piece of land hereby bargained and sold with the appurtenances onto the said Conrad NOON his Heirs and assigns the against them that said George HOSTLER and Mary his wife and their Heirs and against all and .. person or persons who ever, lawfully claiming the same or any part there of by from or under him or them or any or either of them Shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents IN WITNESS whereof the said parties have here on to set their hands and affixed their seals dated today in year first above written. The said Mary being a full age and separate from her husband by me examined and contents hereof fully made known to her Declared that she voluntarily became a party to the same and AND WITNESS whereof I have hereto set my hand and seal today and year above written.
