Henry MARSTELLER oldest son and heir at law of said Intestate came into Court and prayed to be persucled? to take the said tract of land at the valuation whereupon the Court decided the same to him he paying to the widow and other heirs of said Intestate their respective shares thereof or giving good security for the same Viz That he pay unto Rachel the widow of said Intestate Yearly and every year during her natural life the sum of Seven Dollars and nineteen cents lawful money for her fithe of Dowery out of said Tract of land That he pay Sarah that was intermaried with John HESS who is since dead and Joseph SCOTT intermarried with Barbara in right of said Barbara. Isaac RENFREW intermarried with Mary in right of said Mary and to Julianana MARSTELLER cash the sum of Forty seven dollars and ninety five cents lawful money to be paid in one year with interest from the date and after the death of said widow the further sum of Twenty three Dollars and ninety seven and a half cents lawful money in full for their respective Shares of said Valuation all of which payments well and duly to be made and done according to the above names heirs of the real estate of the above named Intestate Vix Rachel the widow, Sarah HESS, Joseph SCOTT, Isaac RENFREW, & Julianna MARSTELLER have received released and forever discharged and by th.. precidents? do for ourselves our heirs executors and administrators .... release and forever discharge the above named Henry MARSTELLER his heirs executors and administrators of and for all and all manner of actions causes of suits debts, due sums of money accounts, reckonings, bond, bills, specialities, covenants, contracts, controversies, agreement, promises, variances, da..... Judgments, extents? executions, claims and demands whatsoever in law and equity which against the said Henry MARSTELLER. We the above named Rachel the widow, Sarah HESS, Joseph SCOTT, Isaac RENFREW, Julia M. MARSTELLER ever had now have or which we our heirs executor or administrators hereafter can shall or may have for upon or by reason of any matter cause of thing whatsoever from the beginning of the world to the day of that day of thar? peacuts? York County Ss Before me the subscribers one of the Justices of the peace in and for said County personally appeared Isaac RENFREW and Mary RENFREW his wife, John SCOTT and Barbara SCOTT his wife, Julia M. MARSTELLER, Sarah HESS and acknowledge the foregoing Indenture to be their act and deed and desired the same might be recorded as such. They the said Mary RENFREW and Barbara SCOTT being of full and and separate and apart from their husbands by me examined with the full contents of the said Indenture or release, by me made known to them declared that they voluntarily and of their own free will and accord became each for herself a party thereto without any concern or compulsion of their said husbands.
