Haas Sheriff of the County of York, in the State of Pennsylvania, for and in consideration of the sum of one Thousand Ten ($1010.00) Dollars, to me in hand paid, do hereby grant and convey to Henry Lucking, Sr., All that the following described part of a half lot or piece of ground situate on the east side of South Water Street, known as nos. 107 and 109 South Water Street, in the City of York, County of York, and State of Pennsylvania, bounded and limited as follows, to wit: on the south by property formerly of Joseph Fissel and Joseph McCann, now the property of Henry Lucking; on the east by a twelve feet wide alley; on the north by property formerly of Jacob Glessner, now the property of Henry Lucking, and on the west by said South Water Street, containing in feet on said South Water Street, the full breadth of a half lot of ground and extending the length or depth eastwardly one hundred and twenty-three feet, more or less, to the aforesaid twelve feet wide alley. The same having been sold by me to the said grantee, on the 31st day of May Anno Domini one thousand nine hundred and nineteen after due advertising according to law, under and by virtue of a writ of Venditioni Exponas, issued on the 29th day of April, Anno Domini one thousand nine hundred nineteen out of the Court of Common Pleas of said County as of August Term, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen. Number Two, at the suit of George W. Fry against R. P. Schriver Executor of the Will of Nancy B. Miles, deceased.
