Joy Twp 100 acres 10 shillings 4 March 1789 Know all men by these presents that I Barbara Miller of Germany Township in the county of York and State of Pennsylvania late Barbara Rorebaugh & one of the Heirs of Elizabeth Rorebough deceased, for the good will and affection I bear to my Brother Zekeriah Rorebaugh of Mount Joy Township and county aforesaid and for the further consideration of the Sum of Ten shillings to me in hand paid by the said Zecheriah Rorebough before the ensealing ___ of the Receipt of which is hereby acknowledged to I have granted, bargained sold remised and quit claimed and by these presents Doth grant bargain, sell remise and forever quit claim unto the said Zecheriah Rorabough his heirs and Assigns all the right title interest claim and demand of me the said Barbara Miller of in at to a certain tract or parcel of land whereon the said Zecheriah Rorebaugh now dwells bounded by lands of Nicholas Miller Adam Winerott Joseph Hunter and others. Containing about one hundred acres more or less To have and to hold all the right title interest claim and demand of me the said Barbara Miller of in or to the Land and premises for said with the appurtenances unto the said Zecheriah Rorebough his heirs and assigns forever, so as neither I the said Barbara Miller nor my heirs, nor any person or persons by from or under me or them shall or may by any ways or means either in law or equity challenge claim or demand any right estate or demand of in or to out of or from the estate of the said Elizabeth Rorebough deceased real or personal, in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the fourth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty nine.
